His career reflects a proven ability to revitalize businesses through innovative strategies in marketing and management. He served on the Board of Directors of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) in 2006 and 2021, and he has judged prestigious global competitions, such as the Global Student Entrepreneur Award. Juan Camilo is also a member of KPMG’s Board Leadership Center, focusing on corporate governance, and represents business interests internationally at the Ibero-American Business Council (CEAPI), where he promotes business collaboration across regions. Alejandra Arango has a successful career in the luxury market with 7 years of experience in sales of high-end jewelry and precious stones in the United States and in the United Kingdom.
Alejandra has experience in digital marketing, sales of digital financial services and management of institutional commercial offices. She worked as director of the Colombian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, in charge of international relations with the other chambers of commerce in the world and their respective consulates. She was also in charge of the marketing and design strategies for the institution.
She worked in FIFA for the U20 World Cup in Colombia, where she oversaw marketing for the official sponsors of the World Cup: Adidas, Coca Cola, Hyundai, Fly Emirates, Sony, Visa, Colsanitas, Comcel and Publik, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each of the brands.
Alejandra began her professional career in the commercial team of the electronic payment gateways Place to Pay and PayU. She later worked globally as an independent designer of high-end jewelry, gemstone sales, and certification of precious stones under GIA standard with a focus on diamonds.

Designer of fine and high-end jewelry from the Colombian School of High-end Jewelry (Bogotá 2018). 3D Jewelry Designer, Carlsbad, CA with recognition for best 3d ring design (California 2018), Master in Gemology from the Gemological Institute of America based in London, UK (London 2019).
